Cooking classes in Siem Reap with Changkran Khmer's Chef Mongkol. Morning (with market tour) and afternoon classes available several times a day. We offer also complimentary tuk-tuk pickup and drop-off from your hotel or guesthouse. During the morning class (only once a day), we will visit a local market nearby Changkran Khmer where we will show you  the different ingredients typically used in Cambodian food. Back at the restaurant you will join your individual cooking station where we start cooking khmer dishes such as  Lotus salad with pork belly ,  Cabbage salad with chicken or  Fried Lok lak with mushrooms. Chef Mongkol will assist you every step of the way during the cooking class. You will learn to cook one appetizer, one main course and one dessert. Finally at the end of the cooking class we will enjoy together the food around a table. Cooking classes from start to finish should last between 2 and 3 hours depending if the market tour is included or not.
